SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Established in 2013 Simply Commerce is now the UK’s largest digital commerce technology recruitment agency, and we’re still growing. To continue our growth we need more hard working, committed and brilliant people to join our team and help our company expand further.

We are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our UK team and enable us become the go to agency for digital commerce talent across Europe.

The ideal consultant will have previous experience working in the ecommerce or digital space, with a proven track record of personal development and market growth. The individual will need to have the ability to form relationships with candidates quickly ensuring that they reach out each time they are looking for a new role.

The Role Involves:

Conducting business development to help understand the needs of clients
Generating new business with existing and prospect clients.
Using job boards and social media to advertise roles and find candidates
Building relationships with candidates to help them find their next role in digital commerce
Preparing CV’s, arranging and booking interviews and ensuring all information is appropriately recorded on our CRM
Creating strong working relationships with your team and colleagues

Experience Required

You will have worked as a 360 recruiter with a background in winning new business and managing a contract and/or permanent desk.
A track record of consistently hitting GP targets and delivering against KPI’s set
Experience in the IT/Technology field is highly desirable
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
