SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
For our senior roles we are ideally looking for consultants recruiting within the IT space, with eCommerce and digital being of particular interest. You may be an experienced recruiter or someone with a strong sales background. Either way, you will be developed and trained on the commercial aspects of our client and candidate base and how these intricacies impact the recruitment process in eCommerce and digital.
What are we looking for? People who:
Have at least 3 years working within agency recruitment in IT. However, if you have internal recruitment experience, or a strong new business/sales background, along with a great attitude, we’d also love to hear from you.
Have previous recruitment experience within IT, who have billed consistently on either contract or permanent.
Are driven by the ability to prove your skills, and to grow and develop into a genuine consultant, or to further improve your consultant skillset
Show a keenness to learn or further develop the skills to recruit and a deep knowledge of your chosen vertical to become the ‘go to’ individual in that space.
Feel comfortable on the phone, to both clients and candidates. By thinking pragmatically, you will be able to generate leads and market information to give yourself the edge in your chosen space.
Can become a skilled face-to-face negotiator and purveyor of the business brand and yourself, regularly meeting clients and candidates.
Want to develop full 360 recruitment skills, starting with candidate engagement, interview booking moving through to client new business development.
