Lead Automation Engineer

Location: Watford Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Type: Permanent 

As our Senior Test Automation Engineer you will lead our automation engineering capability, taking ownership of our overall automation approach and providing leadership to our team of internal and 3rd party automation engineers.

Your combination of strong collaboration skills, subject matter expertise and hands-on automation engineering skills will help grow and mature our test automation framework, enabling us to deliver more, release more frequently and ensure ever-higher quality.

Key skills
  • Automation Tools e.g. Selenium 
  • BDD test automation frameworks e.g. Cucumber, Serenity 
  • Writing API tests, e.g. REST-Assured 
  • CI/CD Tools e.g. Jenkins 
  • Test Management Software e.g. Qtest
  • Java 
  • JIRA / Confluence 
  • Cross Browser Testing Tools e.g. Browserstack
  • A background in eCommerce would be nice to have, but not essential.
