Magento People Lead

Role Description
As a People Lead you will be key to driving team happiness. This person will work closely with each individual in a team of 6-8 developers with a key focus on fostering their career progression. This position will be split between 60% hands on development and 40% driving team happiness through various means such as one to one mentorship. This a great opportunity for someone who thrives on inspiring and motivating a team and really cares about helping others enhance their careers, with the possibility of a long term progression to full time people management.

Key Skills
•    3+ years experience in Front End or Back End 
•    Experience working on Ecommerce solutions with Magento 2
•    Some experience leading a team or a project would be ideal
•    Agency experience would be beneficial
•    A real people person
